What is the return policy?

Free shipping on ALL orders in the contiguous United States. Expedited and overseas shipping options are available at checkout.
You can return or exchange full-priced products within 30 days. To obtain a return or exchange label, email Support@caretechshop.com. Exchanges and returns for store credit are free. If you prefer a refund, a $10.95 fee per return label will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping.
Where are your products made? Are they authentic?

Every item is authentically made in the country of origin. If an item is in our Mexico line, it comes from Mexico. If an item is in our Thai line, it comes from Thailand. If an items is in our Moroccan line, it comes from Morocco. Our products are produced by local artisans using traditional methods in each of these countries.
Are your products sustainable and eco-friendly?

Many of our products are created with either with recycled materials or local materials. Most woods and other materials are also indigenous to the area.
How long will it take my order to ship?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped that will include your tracking number. If you select our free shipping option, you'll receive your order in 3-7 business days. If you are looking to have a faster ship date, we recommend choosing the following UPS options: Ground, 3-day select, 2-day air, Next Day Air Saver, Next Day Air or Next Day Air Early. Please note, we only process orders weekdays 9am-4pm.

Since all of our products are artisan made in small batches(no mass production here!), some of our items will have a delayed shipping dates. You’ll see this notification on the product page and the item marked as pre-order. We will send you an email with your updated tracking number once we process your order.
What's the difference between your products and what I can buy in a Mexican supermarket?

This varies by product. We deliberately select premium quality products in Mexico to sell in the US. We will often enhance the product by including things like recipes, instructions, and a history of the product as a way of educating our consumers. As our products are often used as gifts we also ensure they are presented beautifully.
