 SHIPPING NOTICE 

Due to peak season demand with our shipping partners we anticipate a delay in receiving tracking information

  • Allow 3 - 4 business days to receive tracking information for small parcel deliveries (mattresses, pads, cribs, seating & small dressers)
  • Allow 7 - 10 business days to receive tracking information for large parcel deliveries (assembled dressers & multiple furniture pieces) 

Please submit a request with our customer care team if you have not received your tracking information after 10 days.

We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at:

We currently offer worldwide shipping on select items. Additional charges, delivery times, and customs requirements may apply depending on your location.

 Shipping times quoted include: Up to 2 business days where your order will be processed and prepared. We unfortunately are unable to expedite orders or provide guarantee delivery dates. Tracking information is sent directly to our system within 24 hours from when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse.

 SERVICE DETAILS 

Standard service

Orders including Multiple Furniture Pieces will be shipped by a large parcel carrier (see below for more details on these types of deliveries).

Carriers will deliver to the first available dry area outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). If you live in an apartment building, the item will be delivered to the lobby or loading area. You will then be responsible for further transport beyond that point.

Debris removal and assembly is not included in this service.

A signature may be required for your area, in which case the carrier will contact you to make an appointment. When applicable, please make note of any issues on the paperwork.

Delivery time for these orders is 10-20 business days unless otherwise stated. Final local delivery to your home may extend past the ETA date on your shipping confirmation.

Smartpost Details

Our smallest packages (wood swatches) ship via Smart Post.  The final delivery is handled by USPS.

Delivery time for these orders is about 7-10 business days..  

No signature is required upon delivery for Small Parcel or Smart Post. Unfortunately, we are unable to upgrade the shipping service or speed.

 IMPORTANT 

While placing your order, please check that your shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

Items may ship from different warehouses. Items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.

 TRACKING
