At CARE&TECH, we proudly retail trusted brands such as DaVinci Baby, Namesake Home, Babyletto, along with carefully selected speakers, wallpapers from global artists, artisan-crafted pieces, and wooden furniture.

Furniture

All DaVinci Baby, Namesake Home, and Babyletto furniture purchased through CARE&TECH is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Coverage: 1 year from the date of purchase

  • Protection: Furniture will be repaired or replaced (at the manufacturer’s discretion) at no cost if found to have a manufacturing defect.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Not covered:

  • Damage due to improper storage, installation, or negligent misuse

  • Altered products or modifications not intended by the manufacturer

  • Normal wear and tear or commercial use

  • Items bought used, secondhand, or as floor models

  • Repairs by unauthorized third parties

Mattresses & Pads

  • Pads: 1-year warranty

  • Mattresses: Up to 5 years (depending on model and manufacturer terms)

Coverage: Defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. Will be repaired or replaced at no cost within warranty period.

Not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear or soiling

  • Stains caused by grease, inks, cosmetics, bleach, alcohol, dyes, solvents

  • Damage from misuse (e.g., cutting into material)

  • Mattresses missing original manufacturer law tag

Speakers

All speakers purchased through CARE&TECH are covered by the respective brand’s warranty, which typically covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

  • Warranty terms vary by brand and model. Please refer to the product page or brand documentation for exact details.

Wallpapers

Our wallpapers from global artists are covered by the original artist or brand warranty, which protects against:

  • Defects in printing

  • Material flaws

  • Workmanship issues

Coverage applies only to wallpapers purchased directly from CARE&TECH.

Artisan & Handmade Items

All artisan-crafted pieces and handmade décor sold by CARE&TECH are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship issues at the time of delivery.

  • Warranty Coverage: 90 days from the date of purchase

  • If a defect is discovered within this period, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

Not covered:

  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture (as these are part of the handmade nature)

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or exposure to extreme conditions (humidity, direct sunlight, etc.)

  • Alterations or repairs by unauthorized parties
