1. Our Warranty

We stand behind the products we offer at CareTechShop.com.
All eligible items purchased from our store include a 1-year store warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This warranty applies to technology products, lighting items, and selected home décor products and covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use.

If an issue arises, we’ll work with you to find the best solution — typically a repair, replacement part, or replacement item, depending on the product and situation.

Some products may also include a manufacturer’s warranty. When applicable, we’ll provide those details and assist you with the process.


2. What the Warranty Covers

Covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Functional or hardware issues under normal use

  • Manufacturing faults affecting performance or structure

  • Lighting or electrical faults not caused by misuse

Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage after delivery

  • Damage from external factors such as liquid exposure, excessive heat, electrical surges, or unauthorized modifications

  • Home décor damage caused by improper handling or care

  • Products without valid proof of purchase

3. How to Start a Warranty Request

If you experience an issue with a product, please contact us within 30 days of discovering the problem.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the problem

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps.


4. Shipping for Warranty Claims

Depending on the situation:

  • You may be asked to return the item, or

  • We may send a replacement part or replacement product

Any shipping instructions or costs will be clearly communicated before proceeding.


5. What Happens After Review

Once we receive the returned item, or review photos or videos if a return is not required, we will evaluate the issue.

If it qualifies under our warranty, we will provide one of the following:

  • A replacement part

  • A replacement product

  • Another reasonable solution if the above options are not available

Our goal is to resolve issues quickly and fairly.


6. Special Situations and Exclusions

  • Open-box or refurbished items may include a shorter warranty period

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not covered

  • Products sold “As Is” are not eligible for repair or replacement

  • Decorative items damaged after delivery due to handling or environmental conditions are not covered
