Returns & Exchanges
Buy with confidence. We want you to love your product. But if you’re having second thoughts, we understand too and will do everything needed to help.
If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact the retailer your purchased from within the retailer's return window. Items must be sent back in new condition and in original packaging, with all components included, to qualify for a refund. Please do not modify the product in any way.
Some of our products are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.
Received A Damaged Item
Received a damaged item or missing a piece? We can send you free replacement parts! Please start your request by contacting us support@caretechshop.com. For items that arrive to you in less than perfect condition, we will send you replacement pieces at no cost to you. To help us assess the issue, please submit details and photographs of the item and the packaging.
Return/Exchange Eligibility +
We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. To qualify for a refund or exchange, we kindly ask that the items be in new condition with certain items needing to be completely unopened to be eligible for a return.* If a product is modified in any way, or it will be ineligible for return.
*Items listed below need to be in unopened condition to be eligible for return:

- Newton Baby Mattresses
- Bedding products including sheets
** For returns on bundled products: If an item from a bundle is returned, you will forfeit the discount originally applied to all the items in the bundle. Items in a bundle are eligible for a one-time exchange with the exception of Final Sale items & Newton Baby mattresses.
Return/Exchange Policy +
When you receive your item, please keep the original packaging until you know you will not need to make a return or exchange. Having this packaging will greatly simplify your return process.
Be sure to remove any existing shipping labels from the box prior to shipping it back. Please include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Return shipments received without first using the return portal linked above will not qualify for a credit.
International Returns
If you purchased an item with international shipping and need to return it, please contact us for assistance:

For Exchanges: Your new order will ship out after we receive your returned item. An email confirmation will be sent when we have processed your returned item, and then a new tracking email will be sent thereafter.
For Returns: If your return is received in the condition stated above, you can expect to receive a refund to the payment choice you selected when submitting your request (Credit Card or Store Credit), within 3-5 days after it has been delivered back to our facilities, which allows our team to inspect your return.
