Returns & Exchanges

Buy with confidence. We want you to love your product. But if you’re having second thoughts, we understand too and will do everything needed to help.

If you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact the retailer you purchased from within the retailer's return window. Items must be sent back in new condition and in original packaging, with all components included, to qualify for a refund. Please do not modify the product in any way.

Some of our products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Received a Damaged Item

Received a damaged item or missing a piece? We can send you free replacement parts! Please start your request by contacting us at support@caretechshop.com. For items that arrive to you in less than perfect condition, we will send you replacement pieces at no cost to you. To help us assess the issue, please submit details and photographs of the item and packaging.


Return/Exchange Eligibility

We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item. To qualify for a refund or exchange, we kindly ask that the items be in new condition, with certain items needing to be completely unopened to be eligible for a return.* If a product is modified in any way, it will be ineligible for return.

*Items listed below need to be in unopened condition to be eligible for return:

  • Changing Pad

  • All Mattresses across brands

Items ineligible for return/exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Newton Baby Mattresses

  • Bedding products, including sheets

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted. Additional guidelines may apply.


Bundled Products

For returns on bundled products: If an item from a bundle is returned, you will forfeit the discount originally applied to all the items in the bundle. Items in a bundle are eligible for a one-time exchange with the exception of Final Sale items and Newton Baby mattresses.


Returns After 30 Days

If a return request is made after 30 days from delivery but within 45 days, the return may still be accepted on a case-by-case basis. However:

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund.

  • To avoid this fee, you may choose a replacement item instead of a refund.

After 45 days from delivery, returns are not accepted.


Return/Exchange Policy

When you receive your item, please keep the original packaging until you know you will not need to make a return or exchange. Having this packaging will greatly simplify your return process.

After your return or exchange request has been accepted, you will receive your return label and instructions via email.

Be sure to remove any existing shipping labels from the box prior to shipping it back. Please include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Return shipments received without prior approval will not qualify for a credit.


International Returns

If you purchased an item with international shipping and need to return it, please contact us for assistance:

Additional shipping charges and customs fees may apply.


Exchanges

Your new order will ship out after we receive your returned item. An email confirmation will be sent when we have processed your returned item, and then a new tracking email will follow.


Refunds

If your return is received in the approved condition, you can expect to receive a refund to the original payment method or as store credit within 3–5 business days after it has been delivered back to our facility for inspection.
