At CareTechShop.com, we want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. While we aim to ensure every order meets expectations, we understand that situations may arise where a return or exchange is needed.

This policy applies to technology products, lighting items, and home décor products, unless otherwise stated on the product page.


Warranty Information

All products sold on CareTechShop.com are covered by our store-issued warranty, unless otherwise stated. Some items may be fulfilled or sourced through third-party suppliers and may not include a manufacturer’s warranty.

General Return Instructions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, cables, and components must be included

  • Products that have been used, activated, installed, modified, or altered are not eligible

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged


Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or missing components, please contact us promptly.

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

Once reviewed, eligible replacement parts or a replacement item will be provided at no additional cost.


Return and Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Products that have been powered on, paired, installed, or used are not eligible


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Used or activated electronic devices

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Decorative items damaged after delivery due to handling or environmental factors

  • Products returned without prior authorization

Additional restrictions may apply depending on the product category.


Bundled Products

If returning an item that was part of a bundle:

  • The original bundle discount will be forfeited

  • Partial bundle returns may be eligible for a one-time exchange only, unless marked Final Sale

  • Certain promotional or limited-time bundles may be excluded from returns


Returns After 30 Days

  • Requests submitted 31–45 days after delivery may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • If approved, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

  • Exchanges may be offered without a restocking fee

  • Returns are not accepted after 45 days from delivery


Return and Exchange Process

Please retain your original packaging until you are certain the item will not need to be returned.

Once your return request is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label when applicable

  • Remove all old shipping labels from the package

  • Include all original accessories and contents

Returns sent without prior authorization may not qualify for a refund or exchange.


International Returns

For international orders, please contact support@caretechshop.com for assistance.

International returns may be subject to:

  • Additional shipping fees

  • Customs or import charges

  • Processing fees

These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Exchanges

Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Once approved, you will receive:

  • Confirmation of the exchange

  • Tracking information for the replacement item


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
