Replacement Parts Policy
At Care & Tech, we understand that sometimes a small part can make a big difference. Whether it’s a missing screw, a damaged panel, or a hardware replacement, our goal is to help you restore your product to perfect working condition whenever possible.
1. Eligibility for Replacement Parts
Not all products are eligible for replacement parts.
Availability depends on the product type, brand, and the manufacturer’s policy.
Many of our partner brands — such as Babyletto, DaVinci Baby, NamiSake, Hovia, Rebel Walls, Lamps Plus, Verve Culture, GameStop, and Lowe’s — offer limited or brand-specific replacement part programs.
Because Care & Tech operates as a dropshipping store, some items may need to be serviced or replaced directly by the manufacturer rather than by us.
2. Parts Availability

Replacement parts are only available if the manufacturer or supplier stocks them. 
- 
Older or discontinued models may no longer have compatible parts available. 
- 
Decorative or consumable items (such as bulbs, wallpaper samples, textiles, or food-related items) are not eligible for part replacement. 
3. Requesting a Replacement Part
If your product arrives with a missing or defective part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@caretechshop.com.
Please include:
- 
Your order number 
- 
The product name or SKU 
- 
A clear description and photo of the missing or damaged part 
Our team will coordinate with the manufacturer or supplier to check part availability and assist you with the next steps.
4. Cost & Shipping
- 
Some replacement parts may be provided free of charge if the issue is covered under warranty. 
- 
If the request falls outside of warranty coverage, parts and shipping fees may apply. 
- 
In some cases, replacement parts may need to be shipped directly from the manufacturer or factory, which may affect delivery times. 
5. Non-Eligible Products
Please note that not all products qualify for replacement parts.
This includes:
- 
Limited edition, clearance, or final sale items 
- 
Custom-made or personalized items 
- 
Items no longer in production 
- 
Products with unidentifiable model numbers or without proof of purchase 
In such cases, we may suggest alternative solutions — such as a repair, discount, or product replacement — depending on availability.
6. Warranty Connection
If your product is still within its warranty period, your replacement part request may be processed as a warranty claim instead.
We’ll help determine the best option based on the manufacturer’s policy.
