
Italian "00" Pizza Crust Kit
Ingredients
Organic White Wheat Flour, Salt, Organic Sugar, Organic Wheat Gluten, Organic Malted Wheat Flour. Included yeast sachet includes active dried yeast.

1: Combine flour and yeast pack in large mixing bowl with 1 1/4 c. lukewarm water. Stir with a fork until a dough begins to form. Knead by hand for 3 minutes, or until dough is soft and smooth. Transfer to a clean, lightly oiled bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap.
Let dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 45 minutes - 1 hour. *If needed, you can now refrigerate and use within 1-3 days.
2: Pre-heat oven and pizza stone/baking pan to 450°F. Divide dough into 2-4 equal pieces (depending on your ideal size of pizza). Form pizza by hand or roll out with a rolling pin on a piece of parchment paper. Add sauce, choice of toppings, and cheese.
3: Transfer pizza on parchment paper to hot pizza stone or baking sheet using a pizza peel and bake in pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Slice up and enjoy! Buon Appetito!
