We work with a USDA-certified organic family farm in Thailand that yields fresh, pure produce like kaffir lime leaf, galangal, etc. This farm uses renewable resources and conserves the fertility of their soil and water to preserve the environmental quality for future generations. The owners, Somkiat and Pornpan, are a a couple who met in university studying Food Engineering. Their family is dedicated to sharing the true taste of Thailand from their organic farm, and only use pure ingredients without fillers.
